| Md. Nazrul Islam Mazumder
is the Sr. Executive Vice President & Chief Executive Officer
of MTB Securities Ltd. He joined MTB on July 2003.
Earlier in his career Mr. Mazumder served for almost a decade
to Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.. From there he acquired extensive
knowledge about Capital Market and Regulations of the governing
bodies. Some of his key responsibilities while in DSE include
Member Affairs, Company Affairs, Listing Affairs, Monitoring
of Listed Companies and Brokerage houses, etc. While in DSE
he was also a member of several committees including Disciplinary
Committee, Investor Protection Fund, DSE Share Price Movement
Regulating Committee, Joint Enquiry Committee of DSE and SEC
. His skill expands over the operations of both Stock Exchange
and Brokerage business.

His academic and professional qualifications include Master
degree with honours in Economics. He has also attended numerous
training program both in the country and abroad including
"International Program on Surveillance, Risk Management
and Securities Settlement" BSE Training Institute, Bombay
Stock Exchange, India, Islamic Economics and Banking Conducted
by the Islamic Economics Research Bureau, "Training Program
For Merchant Bankers Regarding Portfolio Management and Compliance
of Securities Rules & Regulations" Organized by the
Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd, "Securities Rules and Regulations
for Company Secretaries organized by the Dhaka Stock Exchange
Ltd.
